Executive Secretary Ralph Recto urged American companies to expand investments in the Philippines while creating jobs and developing Filipino talent.
Speaking to US business leaders, Recto said the government wants to turn the long-standing Philippines-US alliance into a stronger economic partnership.
He highlighted the Luzon Economic Corridor, which could generate up to one million jobs and boost logistics, manufacturing and innovation.
Recto also encouraged investments in electronics, semiconductors and critical minerals processing to create more opportunities for Filipino workers and researchers.
He said the government is pursuing reforms to make investments easier, faster and more predictable.
