The Pasay City government held a Halloween trick-or-treat event at the City Hall lobby on October 29, welcoming children in colorful and spooky costumes.
Various city offices participated by giving out candies and gifts to young attendees.
Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the annual event aims to provide a safe and joyful celebration while promoting a child-friendly and inclusive community.
She emphasized that the activity is not just about fun and treats, but also about creating lasting memories and showing that the city cares for its children.
The mayor added that the real “treat” comes from the unity, camaraderie, and positive spirit shared among participants.
