Pag-IBIG Fund has announced a one-month moratorium on housing loan payments for members affected by Severe Tropical Storms Crising, Dante, Emong, and the Southwest Monsoon.
Borrowers residing or working in areas declared under a state of calamity, including Metro Manila, Cebu City, and several provinces, can apply for the moratorium without penalties or additional interest until August 24, 2025.
The loan terms will be extended accordingly, while other conditions remain unchanged.
This move supports President Marcos’ call to provide swift assistance to calamity-hit Filipinos and aims to ease financial burdens during recovery.
Pag-IBIG Fund also continues to offer calamity loans and housing loan insurance claims to further aid affected members.
