NO NUMBER CODING IN METRO MANILA ON OCT. 31

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced it will suspend the number coding scheme on October 31 in observance of All Saints’ Day Eve.

The suspension applies as the day is a special non-working holiday, a status automatically exempting vehicles from the scheme.

MMDA reminded motorists to plan their trips carefully during the Undas season and drive safely.

October 31 is followed by November 1, also a declared special non-working day for All Saints’ Day.

The temporary suspension aims to ease traffic for holiday travelers across Metro Manila.
