President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. joined family and supporters on Sunday to mark the 36th death anniversary of his father, former president Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr.
He attended a memorial Mass at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Batac, Ilocos Norte, with relatives and loyalists.
In a social media message, Marcos Jr. reflected on his father’s lasting influence and dreams.
Just weeks earlier, he also commemorated his father’s 108th birth anniversary, urging Filipinos to honor his legacy through public service and sacrifice.
The President continues to emphasize national dignity as a core value linked to his father’s memory.
