The strategy, known as “Oplan Horus,” includes attacking the Duterte faction and leveraging alliances with political parties to maintain President Marcos’ advantage.
The document also discusses measures to counteract Duterte’s influence, including impeachment proceedings, disinformation campaigns, and investigations into the Duterte administration’s drug war.
Despite the document’s leak, campaign manager Toby Tiangco dismissed it as fake.
Alyansa’s candidates will focus on voter engagement, with a major campaign push in Pampanga, a key battleground province.
