Sen. Panfilo Lacson said he identified four parcels of allegedly illegally reclaimed land in Taguig covered by “fraudulently” issued titles.
He also claimed at least four other parcels have no plotted title lots in the Land Registration Authority’s digital records.
Lacson released details of the alleged titles in response to Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano’s demand for evidence.
He withheld the names and title numbers as the investigation remains ongoing.
Lacson said the information will be submitted to the Ombudsman’s fact-finding probe into alleged anomalies in Taguig’s lakeshore development and reclamation.
