He urged the government to file cases and jail the guilty, emphasizing that the public demands action.
Aquino also called for the recovery of stolen funds and systemic reforms, such as live-streaming budget hearings and posting documents online, to prevent future corruption.
He shared that ordinary citizens, including a shuttle bus driver and teachers, have expressed frustration over the scandal and want the investigations to continue.
Aquino stressed that the government must now act on the evidence and ensure justice is served.
