The ITCZ and northeasterly winds will bring rains to several parts of the Philippines on Wednesday, according to PAGASA.
Batanes and Cagayan may experience cloudy skies and rain, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon are expected to have generally fair weather with possible afternoon and evening thunderstorms.
Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao will be affected by the ITCZ, with rainshowers expected in these areas.
PAGASA warned residents to remain cautious as saturated soil could increase the risk of flooding and landslides.
No low-pressure area or tropical cyclone is currently being monitored inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
