The Philippine government has requested an Interpol red notice for former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque in connection with qualified human trafficking charges.
PAOCC spokesperson Winston Casio confirmed the request on November 23, though the exact submission date has not been disclosed.
The notice is related to Roque’s alleged involvement with Lucky South 99, a POGO facility raided in June 2024, and follows an arrest warrant issued for him by the Angeles City Regional Trial Court in May 2025.
Roque is accused of helping secure the POGO hub’s operating license and heading its legal department during a failed license reapplication, allegations he denies.
He has been out of the country since December 2024 and has not yet responded to requests for comment on the Interpol red notice.
