HUBY DOMINATES STAGE 12 UPHILL CLIMB IN TOUR OF LUZON

French rider Antoine Huby of 7ELEVEN Roadbike Philippines secured another solo victory at Stage 12 of the MPTC Tour of Luzon, conquering a 7.4-kilometer uphill climb in Pangasinan with a time of 3:17:37. 

It marked his second mountain-stage win after also taking Stage 10, as he continued to close the gap in the overall standings behind race leader Nikita Sulchenko.

Huby finished 1:20 ahead of Sulchenko, significantly cutting his deficit in the general classification to just 2:30 with two stages remaining. 

Local cyclist Erickson Delos Santos placed third in the stage, while 7ELEVEN also topped the team classification for the day. 

The French rider said he pushed through exhaustion to help his team and keep his yellow jersey hopes alive heading into the final stages.
