Chery Tiggo bounced back from a previous loss, defeating Farm Fresh 21-25, 25-14, 25-17, 25-20 in the PVL All-Filipino Conference at the Philsports Arena.
The Crossovers were led by Ara Galang, who scored 20 points, including 15 attacks, four blocks, and an ace.
In the crucial fourth set, Caitlin Viray narrowed the gap for Farm Fresh, but Shaya Adorador’s key point and Joyme Cagande’s service ace sealed the win for Chery Tiggo.
Ces Robles contributed 21 points, and Cza Carandang added 12 points for the Crossovers, who improved to a 5-3 record.
Farm Fresh’s Trisha Tubu was the only double-digit scorer for her team with 15 points, as the Foxies dropped to 3-4.
