F2 Logistics has announced the disbandment of its Cargo Movers volleyball team, ending a seven-year journey in professional volleyball. The decision comes amidst rumors and signifies a shift in F2 Logistics’ focus towards grassroots programs.
F2 Logistics entered the volleyball scene in 2016 through the Philippine Superliga (PSL), where they emerged victorious in five championships. They transitioned to the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) in 2021 but struggled with injuries, leading them to skip the bubble.
Despite winning the inaugural Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) Champions League, the Cargo Movers’ PVL journey remained short-lived. They only participated in five conferences, achieving their best finish of a bronze medal in the first All-Filipino Conference under coach Regine Diego.
With the disbandment, F2 Logistics closes its chapter in professional volleyball and embarks on a new path, focusing on developing young talent through their grassroots programs.
