Eight filmmakers have been selected to participate in the 2025 Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival, each receiving a P3 million production grant.
The finalists, chosen from a competitive pool, will showcase their films in the festival’s full-length category, including titles such as “Co-love,” “Fleeting,” and “Food Delivery.”
Initially planning to select seven entries, festival organizers added an eighth film due to the high quality of submissions, a decision supported by Puregold President Vincent Co.
The festival, supported by various partners including CMB Film Services Inc. and Gateway Cinemas, aims to highlight Filipino talent and will feature awards in categories like Best Picture and Best Director.
