Vice President Sara Duterte’s camp said it is ready to respond to the impeachment complaints filed against her, including issues involving the mysterious Mary Grace Piattos.
Lawyer Michael Poa, one of Duterte’s legal counsels, announced on February 4 that the House endorsed two new complaints.
Poa confirmed they are prepared to address all allegations, including those related to confidential funds and Piattos’ purported receipt of controversial payments.
The identity of Mary Grace Piattos remains unknown, as she has no records with the Philippine Statistics Authority, including birth, marriage, or death certificates.
The name first emerged during the buildup of the complaint, and the Senate had already archived previous impeachment cases involving Duterte in August 2025.
