The Department of Tourism is offering Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and returning migrant workers free access to Fort Santiago and Centro de Turismo Intramuros from May 25 to 31.
The week-long initiative, organized with the Intramuros Administration, also includes free guided heritage tours for OFWs and their families.
Tourism Secretary Dita Angara-Mathay said the program aims to honor the sacrifices of OFWs and encourage family bonding through cultural experiences.
The initiative also seeks to deepen appreciation for Philippine history and heritage among returning Filipinos.
Eligible OFWs may present a valid Overseas Employment Certificate and OWWA membership card, and may bring up to four companions.
