Mayor Ruffy Biazon led the celebration of Muntinlupa’s 108th founding anniversary on Dec. 19, highlighting the city’s progress shaped by generations of residents and public servants.
He also inaugurated the Muntinlupa Inclusive Learning Resource Center, a facility supporting children with disabilities and developmental needs.
During the event, Biazon expressed gratitude to the “silent heroes” of the city and credited the collective efforts of government employees for Muntinlupa’s recent awards and recognitions.
He announced additional financial incentives for city employees, including Service Recognition Incentives, Gratuity Pay, and Productivity Enhancement Incentives.
Biazon emphasized the importance of truth, integrity, and public trust as guiding principles for the city’s continued development in the years ahead.
