Soberano noted that many developed countries have diverse media focused on educating young audiences, and highlighted the importance of investing in such initiatives for Southeast Asia, which has one of the youngest demographics globally.
She called for support for content creators dedicated to uplifting and educating youth.
The event also featured Indonesian actress Raline Shah and other notable speakers, including Simu Liu and Curtis Chin.
