US EMBASSY HOSTS DIGITAL CREATORS BOOTCAMP IN MANILA

The US Embassy in the Philippines is hosting the “Creators Co-Lab: YSEALI Bootcamp for Digital Creators” in Manila from May 28 to June 1, gathering 60 young content creators from Southeast Asia. 

The workshop, part of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), focuses on digital storytelling, AI, cybersecurity, brand building, and intellectual property. 

Participants will receive mentorship from top influencers, including journalist Jacque Manabat, and visit tech giants like Microsoft and Meta. 

With a combined reach of 15 million followers, these creators are seen as vital voices in shaping public discourse and connections in the digital space. 

Ten Filipino content creators are among the delegates who will join the YSEALI alumni network, giving them access to grants and leadership opportunities.
