The RUNRIO Pride Run 2026 is expected to draw a bigger turnout as it expands to additional cities, building on the success of previous editions that gathered thousands of participants nationwide.
The event will hold its Manila leg on June 21 at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, with earlier runs scheduled in Davao on June 7 and Cebu on June 14.
Organizers said the race promotes inclusivity and welcomes runners of all genders, ages, and skill levels as part of a celebration of diversity and community.
For the first time, the event will introduce a 16K category alongside shorter distances and a popular 1K Dog Run, with finishers receiving medals, loot bags, and race kits.
The organizers also pledged increased support for LGBTQIA+ advocacy group PANTAY and highlighted the event’s continued growth since its launch in 2024.
