After losing Rondae Hollis-Jefferson to a season-ending Achilles injury, TNT has signed 7-foot-3 Bol Bol as his replacement for the PBA Commissioner’s Cup.
The 26-year-old American-South Sudanese player, son of late NBA star Manute Bol, arrived in Manila on February 19 ahead of the March 11 tip-off.
Bol was selected 44th overall in the 2019 NBA Draft and has played for the Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic, and Phoenix Suns over six NBA seasons.
He averaged 6.5 points and 3.5 rebounds per game in the NBA, with his best season in 2022–23 posting 9.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game.
The upcoming Commissioner’s Cup marks Bol’s first professional stint outside the NBA, bringing his rare combination of size, mobility, and perimeter skills to TNT.
