Actor Epy Quizon has finally completed his college degree, 30 years after pausing his studies.
He shared photos on Instagram wearing a toga outside De La Salle University in Manila, reflecting on the years it took to fulfill his promise to graduate.
Epy noted that fear, circumstance, and survival pulled him away in 1996, but he kept the commitment alive in his heart, honoring the memory of his late father, Dolphy, and celebrating with his mother, Alice Ponti.
He described the diploma as more than paper, calling it a symbol of integrity, perseverance, and a legacy for his children.
Celebrities, including Zsa Zsa Padilla, Claudine Barretto, Chef Rolando Laudico, and director Raymond Red congratulated him on this milestone.
