The viral sensation “Selos” by Bangsamoro pop singer Shaira Moro has made a comeback on streaming platforms.
While no official statement has been released from Moro’s camp, the song is now accessible on Spotify and YouTube.
This development follows peaceful negotiations between Moro’s team and the camp of Lenka, the original composer of the melody from her 2008 song “Trouble is a Friend.”
Initially removed in March due to copyright infringement concerns, the song’s melody was confirmed to have originated from Lenka’s track.
However, discussions between the parties have led to a positive resolution, with Shaira expressing gratitude for the song’s popularity and the opportunities it has afforded her.
