Red Sternberg, known for his role as Kiko in the popular youth show “TGIS,” passed away suddenly on May 27 at the age of 50, just days before his 51st birthday.
His wife, Sandy Sternberg, shared the heartbreaking news on Facebook, describing the pain of losing him during what should have been a month of celebrations for their family.
The show’s director, Mark Reyes, confirmed Red’s passing and expressed condolences on behalf of the entire “TGIS” cast.
Red was remembered fondly by his co-stars and fans as the charming jokester of the group. The family has requested privacy during this difficult time.
