Officials from Eastern Samar visited Quezon City Hall to learn about the city’s innovative digital governance programs.
The delegation, led by Governor Ralph Vincent Evardone and Vice Governor Maricar Sison Goteesan, was welcomed by Mayor Joy Belmonte and Vice Mayor Gian Sotto.
The visit focused on benchmarking Quezon City’s digital initiatives in key departments such as the City Treasurer’s Office, City Budget Department, and Business Permits and Licensing Department.
QC officials showcased how digitalization has improved efficiency, transparency, and public service delivery.
The activity also included city councilors and department heads who shared insights into the city’s transformation into a model for modern governance.
