The Philippines and India signed 18 business agreements during the Philippines-India Business Forum in Bengaluru, covering sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure, health care, education, IT, digital services, and manufacturing.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. witnessed the signing as part of his five-day state visit to India.
Trade Secretary Cristina Roque described the agreements as tangible results of ongoing collaboration and a foundation for future business partnerships between the two countries.
She expressed optimism about the successful implementation of these projects and their positive impact.
The deals highlight the strengthening economic ties between the Philippines and India.
