Kapuso actor and Philippine Navy reservist Dingdong Dantes participated in the turnover ceremony for the “Bridging Horizons: Naval Cultural Exchange Thru Arts” project at the official residence of the Russian Ambassador to the Philippines.
The event, attended by key military personnel, aimed to highlight the nation’s heritage and culture while promoting artistic and cultural interactions to support national diplomatic efforts and military operations.
Vice Admiral Toribio Adaci emphasized the significance of the initiative in strengthening the relationship between the Philippines and Russia, fostering optimism for its success as a bridge between the two nations.
The project also aligns with the Philippine Navy’s vision to become a cutting-edge force by 2028.
