Pag-IBIG Fund released home loans totaling ₱30.22 billion in the first quarter of 2025, marking an 8% increase from the same period last year.
This amount is over ₱2 billion higher than the ₱28.09 billion released in the first quarter of 2024, according to Pag-IBIG CEO Marilene Acosta.
Human Settlement Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar highlighted the agency’s strong performance as part of its commitment to providing affordable housing for Filipino families.
A total of 20,315 Pag-IBIG members acquired homes through these loan releases during the first three months of the year.
Additionally, Pag-IBIG released nearly ₱988 million under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, benefiting 669 members and their families.
