MEGAWORLD, SAMSUNG LAUNCH AI-POWERED HOMES IN THE PHILIPPINES

Property giant Megaworld Corp. is set to introduce AI-powered homes this year in partnership with global tech leader Samsung, starting with its Park McKinley West development in Taguig.

The homes will feature a fully integrated Samsung SmartThings ecosystem, enabling residents to control lighting, climate, appliances, and other smart devices through a single app and automated routines.

Megaworld aims to create intuitive and responsive residential spaces that enhance comfort, safety, and sustainability, building on its decade-long iTownships smart home initiative.

Buyers can customize their units by integrating AI-powered appliances such as TVs, air-conditioners, and washing machines into the system.

The company says the move signals a new era of modern living in the Philippines, leveraging AI to transform everyday household experiences.
