He emphasized the need to fast-track programs to address urban decay, characterized by deteriorating infrastructure and social issues.
Magalong also reaffirmed his strong commitment to fighting corruption in Baguio.
He thanked the public for their trust and urged unity after the elections, encouraging residents to move forward together.
Magalong called for a collective effort to make Baguio a model of good governance for the whole country.
