Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar inaugurated a Kabataan Center in Barangay Pulang Lupa Dos, providing students with a conducive study space and digital library access.
The air-conditioned facility is equipped with computers, printers, free Wi-Fi, and books to support research and schoolwork.
Villar emphasized the importance of an innovative learning environment, saying it motivates students to excel.
The center was turned over to SK chairman Miko Manalili and Camella 3D Homeowners Association president Mark Tristan Cruz.
This is the second Kabataan Center Villar has launched, with plans to expand the initiative nationwide.
She has also filed House Bill No. 9572, advocating for a digital library platform to enhance educational access.
