Karl Eldrew Yulo, the younger brother of Filipino Olympian Carlos Yulo, achieved an impressive feat by winning seven gold medals in the 2023 Batang Pinoy competition held in Manila.
The 15-year-old Karl Eldrew, representing Manila, dominated all events in the Boys FIG 14-17 category, showcasing his exceptional skills in vault, still rings, floor exercise, high bar, parallel bar, pommel horse, and the individual all-around.
The remarkable achievement has not gone unnoticed, as Karl and Carlos’ grandfather, Rodrigo Frisco, believes that Karl has the potential to surpass his older brother’s skill set.
Meanwhile, Carlos Yulo has already secured a spot in the 2024 Paris Olympics, showcasing his own talents on the international stage. The Yulo brothers continue to make waves in the world of gymnastics, bringing pride and inspiration to the Filipino community.
