Quezon City officially launched its local election campaign season on March 28, 2025, with a grand proclamation rally. The event introduced the full slate of candidates from the Serbisyo sa Bayan Party (SBP), led by incumbent Mayor Joy Belmonte and Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, both seeking their third consecutive terms.
The rally showcased the party’s lineup for congressional and council seats across the city’s six districts, each represented by distinct teams:
- District 1: Team Aksyon Agad – Congressman Arjo Atayde with councilors Gab Atayde, TJ Calalay, Doray Delarmente, Charm Ferrer, Bernard Herrera, and Joseph Juico.
- District 2: Team Aksyon Tulfo – Congressman Ralph Tulfo with councilors Mikey Belmonte, Bong Liban, Rannie Ludovica, Aly Medalla, Candy Medina, and Dave Valmocina.
- District 3: Team First Priority – Congressman Franz Pumaren with councilors Chuckie Antonio, Julian Coseteng, Don De Leon, Wency Lagumbay, Dok G Lumbad, and Luigi Pumaren.
- District 4: Team Panalo – Congressman Marvin Rillo with councilors Imee Rillo, Nanette Daza, Raquel Malangen, Egay Yap, Ivy Lagman Lim, and Atty. Vincent Belmonte.
- District 5: SBP District 5 – Congressman PM Vargas with councilors Shay Liban, Ram Medalla, Aiko Melendez, Enzo Pineda, and Joseph Visaya.
- District 6: Team Marangal na Paglilingkod – Congressman Marivic Co-Pilar with councilors Vic Bernardo, Vito Sotto Generoso, Doc Ellie Juan, Kristine Matias, Cocoy Medina, and Banjo Pilar.
