President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. congratulated Filipino boxer Nesthy Petecio for winning a bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
In a statement on social media, Marcos praised Petecio for her resilience and for bringing honor to the Philippines.

Marcos highlighted how Petecio demonstrated the Filipino spirit of never backing down from a challenge.
