Gymnasts Carlos and Eldrew Yulo are hopeful about both making it to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics together.
The brothers were reunited at the 2024 Philippine Sportswriters Association Awards, where Carlos, a double gold medalist, was named Athlete of the Year, and Eldrew received the Tony Siddayao Award.
Carlos, 24, dreams of both brothers not only qualifying but also achieving podium finishes, while 17-year-old Eldrew is committed to working hard to make this dream a reality.
Eldrew, a rising star in junior competitions, is inspired by Carlos’s strong work ethic and plans to push himself every day in training.
Both brothers emphasize the importance of sacrifices, humility, and faith in their pursuit of Olympic success.
