The province of Cebu will soon have two help desks offering 24/7 assistance to residents, announced Vice Governor Glenn Anthony Soco.
The vice governor’s hotline, launching on August 11, will provide services including legal aid, medical support, and burial assistance.
Soco emphasized that his office will serve as a reliable, direct link between constituents and the provincial government, coordinating with district board members and other agencies.
The help desk will have dedicated staff and a Facebook page for online inquiries to ensure timely responses.
This initiative complements the recently established Cebu People’s Action Center, which also features a 24/7 hotline, website, and mobile app for real-time assistance.
