The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) officially turned over house and lot units in Tagaytay to Olympic medalists Carlos Yulo, Nesthy Petecio, and Aira Villegas as part of their rewards for their achievements in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Yulo expressed his gratitude, thanking the POC for their support in preparing for the Paris Games.
POC President Abraham Tolentino emphasized that the reward was to honor the sacrifices of Filipino athletes.
Yulo received a Tagaytay home along with P100 million worth of incentives, while Petecio and Villegas also received two-story units, with Petecio now owning a second unit after her Tokyo Olympics silver.
Petecio expressed hopes of securing a gold medal in the Los Angeles Olympics, aiming for her third Olympic medal.
