TESDA’s “Juana Creatives” program, originally launched in Taguig City, will be replicated in regions nationwide this year to promote creative skills and entrepreneurship. The program targets hobbyists and those seeking weekend or after-work activities, offering courses that can transform hobbies into viable skills or side businesses. Available courses include pottery, digital embroidery, animation, leathercraft, digital photography, video production, and more, with partner enterprises providing specialized training. Unlike regular TESDA scholarships, Juana Creatives requires a registration fee, though the agency has not yet disclosed the price range. TESDA welcomes additional businesses to partner with the program, creating a hub where culture, creativity, and enterprise intersect.
