TEAM NEMESIS READY TO REPRESENT PHILIPPINES AT POKÉMON WORLDS

The Philippines’ Team Nemesis is set to compete in the Pokémon Unite World Championships in San Francisco after overcoming visa issues that threatened its participation.

The team will compete in Group F alongside Japan’s Fennel, US-based LuneX Gaming and Brazil’s Fames, with the top two teams advancing to the second day.

Coach Albert Camp expressed confidence in the squad, citing its experience against some of the world’s strongest teams.

The team is composed of Lawrence Gatmaitan, Ducke Leoncio, Robert Mempin, Michael Vaughn Ocio and Kim Rey Salazar.

The group stage begins August 28, followed by the playoffs on August 29 and the grand final on August 30.
