TAGUIG POLICE CONFISCATE P3.4 MILLION WORTH OF SHABU IN RAID

On July 28, police in Taguig arrested four high-value individuals and seized P3.4 million worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation. 

The suspects, identified as Ryan (33), Analiza (37), Marilog (33), and Jeffrey (39), were apprehended in Barangay Calzada-Tipas by the Southern Police District’s Drug Enforcement Unit. 

Authorities confiscated 500 grams of shabu, P1,000 in marked money, and 139 pieces of P1,000 boodle money used in the operation. 

The seized drugs will be examined by the SPD Forensic Unit, and criminal charges will be filed against the suspects with the Taguig City Prosecutor’s Office. 

The operation is part of ongoing efforts to combat illegal drug activities in the region.
