The altercation, which began at 5 p.m. near a coffee shop in Sitio Calumpang, escalated when Kenneth shot his victims before fleeing the scene in his black Toyota Fortuner.
The victims, including a businessman and a college student, were wounded, with one suffering a gunshot wound to the head.
