The Quezon City Government launched the ‘No Juan Left Behind’ program at the Quezon City Male Dormitory to help persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) pursue their dreams.
The program was formalized through a memorandum of agreement signed by Mayor Joy Belmonte, BJMP-NCR Regional Director JCSupt Baby Noel Montalvo, QC Jail officials, and representatives from Radisson Hotel.
Under the initiative, PDLs can continue their education, complete college, and gain livelihood opportunities to support their families.
The program also offers free medical check-ups and skills training provided by Radisson Hotel.
BJMP expressed gratitude to Mayor Belmonte for her continued support in providing PDLs opportunities for rehabilitation and personal growth.
