President Marcos has signed several laws to establish new public hospitals and schools, and to expand elementary education across the country.
Republic Acts 12256 and 12258 create the Doos del Norte National High School in Leyte and the Tanay National Science High School in Rizal, respectively.
Two elementary schools in Barcelona and Irosin, Sorsogon, will be converted into integrated schools under RAs 12257 and 12259.
The laws also mandate the construction of the Zamboanga del Sur Second District Hospital and the Liloy General Hospital in Zamboanga del Norte.
Additionally, four Singapore Schools in Cebu, Clark, and Manila have been officially recognized as international educational institutions.
