Beneficiaries of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program are expressing gratitude after receiving their new homes through various housing projects nationwide.
The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) continues to turn over housing units under the 4PH program, including the 23-hectare Palayan City Township Project in Barangay Atate, Nueva Ecija.
Beneficiary Ma. Cassandra Gonzales shared her joy at finally owning a home and thanked President Marcos and DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar for the opportunity.
In Mindanao, projects such as People’s Ville in Davao City and Valley View Township in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, are nearing completion, and several families have already moved in.
Evelyn Cuarta, a resident of People’s Ville, described the housing as comfortable and a significant improvement from their previous living conditions.
