Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua finally shared the stage Wednesday, Sept. 30, to promote their highly anticipated heavyweight fight set for Dec. 11 in Cardiff, Wales.
The bout, described as one of the biggest in British boxing history, will pit the two former two-time world champions against each other for the first time.
Fury, 38, and Joshua, 36, exchanged friendly banter and jokes at the London press conference, saving their biggest punches for fight night.
Both fighters credited Saudi official Turki Alalshikh for helping make the long-awaited matchup happen, with tickets scheduled to go on sale Oct. 9.
Despite their rivalry, Fury even suggested having a Guinness with Joshua after the fight, prompting Joshua to jokingly say he wasn’t sure he could trust him.
