The upcoming 20th Congress Senate will feature four sets of siblings, making it a family affair with one-third of its members coming from political families.
The newly proclaimed senators include the Tulfos, with newcomer Erwin Tulfo joining his brother Raffy Tulfo, who was elected in 2022.
Camille Villar secured a Senate seat, following her mother Cynthia Villar’s term limit, while her brother Mark Villar remains in office.
Incumbent sibling senators Pia and Alan Peter Cayetano, as well as the Ejercito-Estrada half-brothers JV and Jinggoy, will continue their terms.
Alongside these sibling duos, the Senate will also include familiar faces such as reelected Lito Lapid, Bong Go, and Imee Marcos, rounding out the 24-member chamber.
