Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) is set to launch Futura Shores, its newest condominium community in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, aimed at stimulating economic growth and job opportunities in the area.
Positioned along the coast of Barangay Mangnao, the 4.4-hectare development draws inspiration from coastal living akin to Phuket, Thailand, offering six mid-rise buildings with balconies overlooking either the sea or mountains.
The community will feature extensive amenities, including ample parking, a commercial strip with essential services, and round-the-clock security.
