The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) marked President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s 1000th day in office by inspecting the Bocaue Bulacan Manor (BBM) housing project, part of the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) program.
DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, along with Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta, expressed satisfaction with the construction progress but urged the contractor to expedite the development of amenities.
The BBM project, which will eventually benefit over 4,000 families, is set to feature modern amenities like a park, swimming pool, basketball court, and clubhouse.
Acuzar highlighted the accomplishments of DHSUD, particularly in delivering modern housing projects under the 4PH program and urban renewal projects like the Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli (PBBM).
Acuzar emphasized the department’s commitment to creating sustainable, inclusive communities as part of the President’s vision for a progressive “Bagong Pilipinas.”
