Cong. PM Vargas of Quezon City’s 5th District has been recognized as one of the top-performing district representatives for 2023, achieving a 94.3% approval rating in a recent survey by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc.
He has successfully passed over 50 House bills on third reading, now pending in the Senate.
His legislative efforts include the National Apprenticeship Program (HB 1680) and the Freelancers Protection Act (HB 04557), focusing on employment and youth empowerment.
Vargas aims to address job-skill mismatches and enhance human resource development, particularly for the youth and freelancers, as he seeks reelection.
