CALABARZON POLICE CHIEFS RESHUFFLE: EIGHT NEW APPOINTMENTS

The Calabarzon police have replaced eight police chiefs as part of an ongoing reshuffle.

Chiefs from Calauan, Cavinti, Kalayaan, Luisiana, Sta. Cruz, Siniloan, and Victoria were removed due to being under rank, while the chief of Mabitac was replaced due to noted inadequacies.

Lt. Cols. Arvin Avelino and Mark Julius Rebanal have been appointed as officers-in-charge of Calauan and Sta. Cruz police, respectively.

Majors Fernildo de Castro, Reden Valdez, Kelvin Kim Zita, Gerald Balansi, Celso Jhune Talampas, and Gerry Malipol have been assigned to Siniloan, Victoria, Kalayaan, Luisiana, Cavinti, and Mabitac police, respectively.

PNP Chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil emphasized that reshuffling decisions are based on performance evaluations by regional and provincial directors.
